Black diamond Queensland
Black Diamond Queensland is based on the Gold Coast. It is a mobile school moving up and down the Queensland coast, coaching from the Gold Coast all the way through to Cairns. Black Diamond is now easily accessible and will endeavor to cater for all riders throughout Queensland.

Head coach, Johnny Henson is a well-known and respected face within the Wakeboarding and Wakeskating industry. He started his career at the young age of 7 on a single tip Hyperlite skurfer. He attended and won (U14boys) the first ever Australian Wakeboard Nationals in Australia in 1995.

John first represented Australia at the age of 12, competing in America and continued to succeed mounting his results along the way to becoming the professional rider John is today. John has appeared in multiple magazines published in Australia and globally, he also appeared in many TV marketing commercials regarding the promotion and growth of wakeboarding.

At the age of 15 John started his coaching career part time with Scotty Kell at Black Diamond Wakeboarding School in Sydney. After finishing year 12, John became a full time coach at Black Diamond NSW working closely with his mentor Scotty Kell, in turn mastering his coaching techniques and the fundamentals of Australian Wakeboarding.

Johnny Henson is now also providing lessons for wakeskaters from absolute beginner through to touring professional.

Black Diamond only provide the best equipment on offer for their students, with the latest offerings from Nautiques, Liquid Force, O'Neill and Headzone. This powerful connection makes the perfect starting ground to reach the new heights and limits you desire in both wakeboarding and wakeskating.

As Black Diamond QLD is a mobile school there are a number of different rivers and lakes on offer for our students. The main locations used are as follows:

a.. Nerang River, Carrera Gold Coast.
b.. Brisbane River, Jindalee Boat Ramp, Brisbane.
c.. Maroochy River, Fishermans RD Sunshine Coast.
d.. Summerset Dam.
e.. Tweed River, Fingal Boat Ramp, Fingal Rd.

Packages
Black Diamond Queensland operates 7 days a week all year round running 1/2 hourly lessons, hourly lessons and 1 day packages.
The 1 day package includes 3 on water lessons and lunch.
For students wanting a longer package including accommodation this can also be arranged on request.

Pricing
1/2 hour Lesson $85
Hourly Lessons $170 per hour
1 Day Package $220 per person
3 & 5 Day Pachages $800 and $1300 per person, Tweed River @ Hacienda Caravan Park, Chinderah.
